JOB DESCRIPTION:
Camp Nurse: The Camp Nurse works with and supervises
a nursing student, and is responsible for providing holistic health care
for all campers and staff. This includes the camp environment, the
health and wellness of the staff and campers, and routine health
procedures and care. The Camp Nurse is an integral member of the program
team, acting as a resource and health promotion programmer to the staff
and campers.
Student Nurse: The student nurse works in conjunction with a registered
nurse to provide holistic health care for all campers and staff. This
includes the camp environment, the health and wellness of the staff
and campers, and routine health procedures and care. The Student Nurse
is an integral member of the program team, acting as a resource and health
promotion programmer to the staff and campers.
