JOB DESCRIPTION:
Camp Sangamon is an old-style overnight camp with a progressive, child-centered program.
The center piece of our community is our belief that boys can be put in charge of makeing their own decisions each day.
Staff and campers find this a great place to teach,learn, and have fun. Sangamon is sited on 100 acre Vermont hill farm,
with woods, pastures, and a spring-fed lake.
The camp nurse is an integral part of the camp management,
working to maintain the health and well-being of 150 campers and staff.
Children of camper age, 9-14, come free. Girls can attend our sister camp next door; younger campers over six years can live with you.
There is time in the nurse's day to go to activities, and you can even bring your dog.
