Charge Nurse

The Charge Nurse will oversee the daily operations of the camp's health center, ensuring the well-being and safety of campers and staff. This role involves leading the nursing team, managing healthcare delivery, and ensuring that camp health protocols are followed effectively. The Charge Nurse will report directly to the Director of Health Services and will work closely with her to provide seamless health services throughout camp.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current compact state nursing license or willingness to gain reciprocity with NH Board of Nursing.
• Experience in pediatric, school, or camp nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the Director of Health Services, nursing staff, and camp team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and care.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
