Camp Ojibwa for Boys is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead our Medical Center in 2024.
Come spend the summer in the beautiful north woods of Wisconsin on Catfish Lake in a fun, loving, and very special place! You will lead a team that includes you, 1-3 RNs, our visiting doctors, and our telemedicine pediatrics practice. You will also have the help of our NP from last summer (who cannot return due to having just had twins).
Our Health Center is well-equipped, including a treatment room, bathrooms, wardrooms, and a beautiful two-room suite for you with wood floors, private bathroom and shower, sitting room, private washing machine and dryer, DirecTV, and WiFi, all overlooking Catfish Lake.
A typical work day is about 6-8 hours, with four specified sick calls (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime) for medication distribution and non-emergent medical issues. When not working, you will have access to all our facilities (boats, jet-skis, zip line, courts and fields, etc.), and the lovely town of Eagle River, Wisconsin.
You will report directly to the camp owners, who will work collaboratively with you to ensure a smooth and healthy summer.
