Camp Ojibwa for Boys is seeking 2-3 RNs to work in our Medical Center in 2024.
Come spend the summer in the beautiful north woods of Wisconsin on Catfish Lake in a fun, loving, and very special place! You will be on a team that includes you and 1-3 other RNs, an NP who heads the Medical Center, an EMT, our visiting doctors, and our telemedicine pediatrics practice.
Our Health Center is well-equipped, including a treatment room, bathrooms, wardrooms, wi-fi, and nice accommodations for the RNs, all overlooking Catfish Lake.
A typical work day is about 5-7 hours, with four specified sick calls (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime) for medication distribution and non-emergent medical issues. When not working, you will have access to all our facilities (boats, jet-skis, zip line, courts and fields, etc.), and the lovely town of Eagle River, Wisconsin.
You will report directly to the Nurse Practitioner and will have daily communication with the camp owners, who live on site and direct camp and will work collaboratively with you to ensure a smooth and healthy summer.
