Summer Camp Nurse in the Colorado Rockies

Come work and play in the Rockies at Cheley Colorado Camps! We offer two 4-week terms for campers ages 9-17, and a few one-week programs in August. Nurses live and work in one of our four health centers and take care of regular medications, illnesses and injruies. Our goal is to have an NP or doctor on site each week. We have a great relationship with our local clinic, urgent care, and ER, less than 10 minutes away. Our team is typically made up of 8-10 nurses and nurse aides. Salary for 2024 is $1100 per week, plus room and board and a travel stipend (varies by location from $90-$230), and camper tuition. Must have a current RN, LPN, NP or doctor license from a compact state or be able to obtain a Colorado license and CPR certification. Strong organization, assessment and communication skills are required, along with ability to use the internet and type. Pediatrics experience preferred, but not required. Must be physically fit for active camp environment, adapt to high elevation living, and be able to work long hours when needed.
